GIRL CYCLIST DIES OF INJURIES
(New Zealand Press Association) HAMILTON, April |9. A girl died in the Waikato Public Hospital yesterday afternoon from injuries suffered when she fell from her bicycle in the morning. She was: Mary Margaret Ellin, aged 13, daughter of Mrs W. A. Ellin, of Leamington. She had been riding her bicycle to a manual training school at Cambridge, when the back wheel slipped off the edge of the bitumen and she fell on to the road. She was treated by a doctor, and was later admitted to hospital, where she died at 3 p.m. There were no vehicles moving on the road at the time.
