Kaiapoi Manual Centre A new manual training centre will be erected in the Kaiapoi township. The Minister of Education (Mr R. M. Algie) last evening advised the Kaiapoi Borough Council by a letter forwarded from the member of Parliament for Hurunui (Mr W. H. Gillespie) that no decision had been reached about the site of the new centre to replace the building destroyed by fire but the matter was being investigated. He understood that it was intended to erect the qew building “in Kaiapoi ItsdlT . . .... .
