MESSAGE FROM MOSCOW
(Rec. 8 p.m.) MOSCOW, April 17. Russia today expressed sincere wishes to the 29 countries taking part in the African-Asian conference at Bandung. It said the conference was a new step towards co-operation between peoples. A statement by the Deputy Foreign Minister (Mr Vasili Kuznetsov) said the conference “bears witness to the aspirations of the peoples of Africa and Asia to take their destiny into their own hands.”
