Motorists generally have a healthy respect for working dogs, aware that an animal dead is all too often worth more than it was fclive. Few would be prepared to run down any one of a team of four dogs sold in the Dannevirke saleyards last week. They were bought for a total of £2OO. One heading dog was sold for £7l and another for £46, and two huntaways sold at £4B and £35. i
