SHOOTER FINDS MISSING MAN
(New Zealand Press Association) NAPIER, April 17. A New Zealand-wide search for 80-year-old Mr William Andrews, who had been missing from his home at Clive, near Napier, since last Monday) ended with his discovery on the bank of the Tutaekuri river at 4.45 p.m. today. Mr John Foster, of 83 Georges drive, was shooting on the river bank, when he found Mr Andrews lying semiconscious under some gum trees. Mr Andrews was taken to the Napier Hospital. It is believed he suffered from loss of memory.
