Israel’s Complaints to U.N. A New York message said that Israel today asked that consideration of its complaint against Egypt’s alleged “repeated” border violations should be resumed by the United Nations Security Council “with the utmost urgency.” Mr Abba Eban, the Israeli representative, in a letter to the President of the Security Council, said the tension created by Egyptian assaults was mounting, and the armistice was gravely threatened.
