LABOUR FEDERATION OFFICERS
NOMINATIONS TO ANNUAL MEETING (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 22. The three top office-holders of the Federation of Labour will be re-elec-ted unopposed at the annual conference in May, but there are nine nominations for the four vacancies on the national executive committee. The sitting president, vice-president, and secretary, Messrs F. P. Walsh, W. A. Fox, and K. McL. Baxter, in that order, are the only ones nominated for their respective posts. Messrs P. M. Butler, L, A. Hadley, W. T. Johansen, and J. H. Thompson have all been renominated for the executive committee. Others seeking office are Messrs J. H. Collings, F. L. Fenton, J. E. Napier, J. R. Scott, and J. G. Shankie.
