CANTERBURY A. AND P. ASSOCIATION
ELECTION OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS Mr J. L. Macfarlane has been elected unopposed president of the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association for the ensuing year. Mr W. C. Brydon has been elected vicepresident, and Mr G. N. Francis treasurer. Only one nomination was received for each position. Twenty-six nominations have been received for the association’s general committee. As there are only 24 seats on the committee, a ballot will be held, and the result will be announced at the annual meeting of the association. Nominations were:—
