The United Nations General Assembly today approved the recommendation of its Steering Committee that two further items proposed by the Soviet Union be included in the Assembly's agenda. They were: (1) The complaint of alleged acts of aggression against the China mainland "and the responsibility of the United States Navy for those acts." . (2) The complaint of violation of the freedom of navigation in the area of the China Sea.
