U.N. To Debate Soviet Protests
(NJZ. Press Association—Copyright) (Bee. 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 4. The United Nations General Assembly today approved the recommendation of its Steering Committee that two further items proposed by the Soviet Union be included in the Assembly's agenda. They were: (1) The complaint of alleged acts of aggression against the China mainland "and the responsibility of the United States Navy for those acts." . (2) The complaint of violation of the freedom of navigation in the area of the China Sea.
There was no objection to the inclusion of the items and there was no debate.
