WELLINGTON ADDRESS BY MR OWEN
900 ATTEND MEETING (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 5. The use and ownership of public credit should be restored to the people, through its Government, said the Dominion president and leader fof the Social Credit Political League. (Mr W. B. Owen) in an election address in the Wellington Town Hall last evening. Apart from two or three almost inaudible interjections, Mr Owen had lan uninterrupted hearing from an audience of about 900. He was frequently applauded. V The Social Credit League had every chance in this election, said Mr Owen.
