“JUNIOR MISS”
TEACHERS’ COLLEGE PLAY “Junior Miss,” presented last evening by the Christchurch Teachers’ College, has all the characteristics of a D grade motion picture, but in spite of its conventional film-style plot and characters, it offers plenty of gags and funny situations to an audience. The players who presented it to an enthusiastic audience of students and their friends, obviously enjoyed the production as much as those who applauded it. Twenty players took part in the play, which was presented for four nights. The producers were D. B. Wilkie and H. R. Hooker.
