VOTING ARRANGEMENTS IN LONDON (Special Correspondent N.Z.P.A.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, September 27. It is expected that some 1500 to 2000 New Zealanders in Britain will vote in the forthcoming New Zealand General Election. A polling booth is to be set up at Zealand House in the Strand 'and New Zealanders outside London will be able to post their votes to the Acting High Commissioner (Mr R. M. Campbell), who will be the official returning officer in Britain. No votes will be counted in London, but all will be kept sealed and posted to returning officers in the various electorates in the Dominion. Arrangements are also being made with shiping companies for passengers who will be at sea on November 13 to have their votes recorded. The election results are to be shown in the assembly hall of the Royal Empire Society, London, on the morning of November 13 from. 9 a.m. on. It is expected that the last results will be received shortly after midday.
