MR HOLLAND SETS PROGRAMME

DEBATE ON JUVENILE MORALS BILLS TODAY (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 27. The House of Representatives will discuss tomorrow evening the three bills that have been introduced to carry out the more urgent of the recommendations of the committee which investigated juvenile and adolescent delinquency. Announcing in the House of Representatives tonight the remainder of the programme for the last week of the session, the Prime Minister (Mr Holland) said that on Thursday evening S revision would be made for the [mister of External Affairs (Mr T. G. Webb) to report on the Manila conference. The House would then have an opportunity of discussing the proposed South-east Asia Defence Treaty. Three more, bills were to be introduced continued Mr Holland. They included a Finance Bill and an Appropriation Bill, which would accompany the supplementary estimates. The latter would be taken on Wednesday. An Adoption Bill would also be introduced , but it was a consolidation measure, and would not be proceeded with this session.
