GREYMOUTH CLUB SEEKS NEW DATES
(From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH, September 23. The Gfieymouth Jockey nub nope* to abandon its New Year racing dates, and has approached the New Zealand Racing Conference about the possibility of transferring its January two-day fixture to April.
This move is the result of recurring losses through poor fields and lack of jockeys during a period of the year when there are many important fixtures in other, parts of the South Island.
The dates suggested are April 2 and
