Levula Enters Army.— Josefa Levula, star winger of the Fijian Bugby team in New Zealand in 1951, and Australia in 1952 and 1954, is about to join the Army. He may go to Malaya, where Fijians have been fighting since 1952. In 1952, Levula was listed as one of New Zealand’s five players of the year, and in 1952, an English Rugby League club made him an offer of £2500 plus matph bonuses, and expenses, for a season in England. The offer was rejected.—Suva, September 2L
