Stanilord (North Otago), had an easy win In the South Island Junior cross-country championship 'held at Centennial Park on Saturday. Staniford’s time tor the 31 mllea wa, 18 minutes 49 seconds. ' In a field ot 83. Stanltord gained an early lead and won by 200 yards from W. Carstairs (St. Kilda). P. Kennedy, of Waimate, who ran tor Marist. Chrlatchurch, was third.
