CUTS SUFFERED WHEN CARS.COLLIDE - (Neto Zealand Pres, Association) ROTORUA, August 11. The Bishop of Waiapu (the Rt. Rev. N. A. Lesser) suffered Cuts to the face and other slight injuries when he was Involved In a motor accident near Rotorua early this morning. Driven by the Rev. P. Bennett, of Rotorua, Bishop Lesser was returning to Rotorua from an evening ordination service in Opotiki when the car collided in heavy fog with an oncoming car a mile and a half from Rotorua, Mr Bennett suffered slight concussion, cuts to the face, and shock, and he and Bishop Lesser were admitted to hospital. It is expected that Bishop Lesser will be discharged from hospital tomorrow. Mr Bennett’s condition is satisfactory.
