JUNIOR NATIONAL CUP

CANTERBURY TEAM FOR FINAL The following players have been selected to represent Canterbury in the Junior National Cup South Island final against Otago, at Dunedin, on Saturday:— R. Harris, D. Simmonds. I. Graham, D. Napier (captain), D. Stapley, P. Rennell, G. Williams (Nomads), J. Smith, B. Sumner (Western), J. Sanson (City), A. Codyre (Celtic). Reserves: I. McCallum and D. Bond (Nomads). The match committee reported to the management committee of the Canterbury Football Association last evening that the following tfeams have been withdrawn from their respective competitions: Nomads and Atlantis, senior reserve, section I; Shamrock and St. Vincent’s, sen-, ior reserve, section 11. Nomads have been declared winners of the third grade knock-out competition.
