Any person found after hours on licensed premises in Nelson who is not a lodger will be charged by the policeand will have to prove to the Court that he is a bona fide guest This statement was made by SeniorSergeant C. George in the Magistrate’s Court at Nelson in reply to a question by defence counsel in a licensing case.
