ATOM SECRETS EXCHANGE
COMMENT BY MR EISENHOWER WASHINGTON, December 16. President Eisenhower said at his press conference today that the United States Government did not propose to share with its allies the secret processes for making atomic weapons. Mr Eisenhower also said he had not yet decided whether to ask Congress for permission to share actual atomic weapons with the North Atlantic Treaty forces. The President said he would keep right on working for international atomic energy control, even if the Soviet Union rejected his recent proposals.
