CHARTERIS BAY CLUB The final races for the Coombes trophiea were sailed by the Charteris Bay Yacht and Power-Boat Club in variable northeasterly winds. Six boats started over a windward and leeward course in the final of the Coombes Cup for I class boats. Ariel, sailed by A. Williams, won the race. The win. with a second placing earlier in the se.’son, gave Williams the cup. The final race for the Coombes Anchor for D class boats drew five entries, which sailed the same course as for the I class race. The race was won by Winklft, sailed by R.
