SOUTH KOREAN THREAT
“Wfll March North At Proper Time” (Rec. 11 p.m.) , SEOUL, Nov. 9. The President of South Korea (Dr. Syngman Rhee) said yesterday that his South Korean troops would march north to drive away the 1,000,000 Chinese Communists when the proper time came. , . The President, who was speaking in the Yangyang area, north of the 38th Parallel, urged former North Koreans to co-operate with him in achieving the long .sought for unification of South and North Korea. "We cannot allow 1,000,000 Chinese Communist troops to be in our country.” he said. Korean newspapers reported that 20,000 Koreans gathered at an airfield, urged the South Korean Government to take over the administration of territory north of the 38th Parallel but south of the military demarcation line. It is now administered by the United Nations Command.
