CANTERBURY BRANCH’S ANNUAL REPORT The forty-fifth annual report of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Registered Nurses’ Association says that 10 general meetings and nine council meetings were held during the year. They were al] well attended. The branch has 186 financial mem-j bers. 16 new members from student nurses, 13 life members. 61 non-activei members and four associate members. The report records the deaths of three! life members. Miss M. Aiken, Miss L. \ Beck and Mrs A. Dean. Early in the year a successful sale of work, cakes and produce was held at the Christchurch Public Hospital in aid of funds. The sum of £2OO was raised. The report contains a record of the monthly meetings held during the year and thanks those who arranged the meetings and the speakers.
