NOBEL PRIZEWINNER DIES
(Rec. 7 p.m.) PARIS, November 9. Mr Ivan Bunin, the Nobel Prize winner for literature in 1933, died in - Paris on Saturday night of a heart attack. He was 83. Mr Bunin, who had lived in Francs for many years, was. before the revolution, an Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Science. His writings include “The Village. Tne Gentleman from San Evening in the Spring, The Rose of Jericho.” "The Well of Days. Gram-, mar of Love." "Tolstoi’a liberation, and “Dark Avenues.’’
