BRITISH CAR OUTPUT SETS RECORD
LONDON, November 8. British car manufacturers broke all production records in September, when they produced 64,304 cars in a fiveweek period, says the Monthly Digest of Statistics. The previous record monthly total was» in June, with'57,535 cars produced. Of the September figure, 27,865 cars were for export.
