Sir,—ln reply to Ernest Batchelor’s tetter of September 17 on the All Blacks tour in the United States, I “?PP en to know it has been the policy of the Americans to fingerprint, inoculate, etc., all persons travelling through American territories. Apparently Ernest Batchelor thinks the Americans are doing this to New Zealanders alone, but this is not so. Relationships between Canada and the United States could not be closer, but Canadians passing through American territory still have to go through the same procedures as the All Blacks have to do.—Yours, etc., o x , TRY TRAVELLING.
