SUBURBAN POST OFFICE ENTERED

The safe was untouched when the North Brighton Post Office in Bowhiil road was broken into during the weekend but drawers were ransacked and registered mail was opened. It is thought that only about £2 was stolen from the maiL Nothing of value was stolen when the premises of the Sansom Motor Company, 281 Tuam street, and of Engineers. Ltd., 229 Durham street, were entered. Goods, valued at about £1 were jtolen from a drapery shop at 332 Wilsons road.
