U.S. CLAY COURT TITLES
(Rec. 9 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 19. Vic Seixas won the national clay court men’s singles championship at Chicago He beat Hamilton Richardson, 6-2, 6-4, 6-3, in the final. Miss Maureen Connolly, holder of the United States, Wimbledon, and Ausi tralian titles, won the women’s clay i court chamoionship. She beat Miss I Althea Gibson, 6-4, 6-4, in the final.
