If the Communists fail to agree to the unification of Korea within 180 days after a cease fire, the Republic of Korea will open fire again, the South Korean Ambassador to the United States declared today. The Ambassador, Dr. You Chang Yang, said: “We will go along with a truce, because the United States and the United Nations have asked us to. “We will wait for 90 days until the political conferences begin, and then we will wait another 90 days. “If at the end of those 180 days the Communists have not agreed to the
