Prison Term for Attempted Arson.— Gwendoline Merania Pekamu, a 24-year-old domestic, was sentenced by Mr J. S. Hannah, S.M., in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court yesterday to six months’ imprisonment with hard labour on a charge of attempted arson. .Pekamu admitted the offence.—(P.A)
