(Rec. 11.20 a.m.) SYDNEY. June 1. A series of fours matches between the touring New Zealand bowlers and State teams started today. In the second round New Zealand beat Tasmania by 107 to 59.
Results, New Zealand skips mentioned first: Scott beat Sullivan, 29-18; Duncan beat Clifford. 27-12; Davis beat Stokes, 26-17; Veitch beat Smith, 25-12.
