U.N. COMMANDER’S GREETINGS
TOKYO, May 31. General Mark Clark, the United Nations Commander in Korea, today sent greetings from all United States servicemen in the Far East to their brothers-in-arms in the Commonwealth forces on the eve of Queen Elizabeth's Coronation. General Clark said: “It is our fervent prayer that the reign of your newlycrowned Sovereign will be one of peace and prosperity not only for people of the Commonwealth, but for all the world.”
