Investments with the Totallsator Agency Board for the seven racing and trotting meetings at the week-end totalled £245,244 15s, comprising win and place £146,727 10s, and doubles £98,517 ss. Investments for the indivdual meetings, .with off-course substitutes, were: Auckland, £45,264 15s (Alkin); Waikato, £82,221 10s (Te Awa); Poverty Bay, £12,321 (Rauriki); Masterton, £43,680 (Reigning King); Otaki, £9627 15s (Redale); Canterbury Park. £34,208 (Tiki Napu-Waihi' Princess bracket); Waimate, £17,921 15s (Sarada).
