DECREES NISI GRANTED
Olive Franks (Mr E. M. Hay) petitioned in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr Justice Northcroft, for divorce from Charles Henry Franks, on the ground of separation. A decree nisi was granted. Edward Stanley Bayard (Mr J. R. L. Campbell) was also granted a decree nisi when he petitioned for divorce from Marjorie Alice Bayard (Mr B. A. Barrer) on the ground of adultery; Alfred Wesley Bayard (Mr P. H. T. Alpers) being named as co-respondent. Both petitions were undefended.
