DEVELOPMENTS IN RADIOLOGY
OVERSEAS STUDY BY DR. G. L. ROLLESTON
Recent developments in radiology will be studied oy Dr. G. L. Rolleston. director of radiology at the Christchurch Public Hospital, who will leave Harewood by Skymaster today to spend three months and' a half overseas.
Dr. Rolleston will attend the International Congress of Radiology, which will open in Copenhagen on July 17. The congress, which will last for a week, is held every three years. At least three other New Zealand doctors will also attend. *
Dr. Rolleston will jpend seven weeks in Stockholm to study recent developments in diagnostic radiology at the Karolinska Sjukhuset Hospital. He will also visit various hospitals in England, including St Mary’s Hospital. Paddington. »-On his return journey to New Zealand Dr. Rolleston will spend nine'days in Boston, where he will visit the Massachusetts General Hospital. He will travel to and. from Europe by air.
