New Regulations.-‘-Regulations are now being drawn up w.hich will prevent a milk round being operated by contract. This was reported to a meeting of the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board yesterday. The board decided to give this information to a round-owner who advised it that he had withdrawn his round from sale having made arrangements for deliveries to be made by contract.
