FOOD NEEDED IN KOREA
(Rec. 8 p.m.) PUSAN, April 9. Mr Thomas Critchley, Australian representative on the United Nations Commission for Unification and Rehabilitation in Korea, said today that the South Korean people were on the verge of starvation. Mr Critchley, who has just returned from a tour of four provinces, said that many people were surviving on grass.
