OPERATIC SOCIETY’S OFFICERS
The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Christchurch Operatic Society:—patron. Sir Ernest Andrews; president, Mr James Collins: vice-presidents. 10 were elected; committee, Mesdames H. Smith, M. Winterbourn, Messrs E. Craighead, R. Kay. D. Lu kies, N. Swanston. A. Whitworth, and G. Winterbourn: honorary solicitor. Mr E. P. Wills; honorary auditor, Mr S. G. Annand. Messrs S. M. Pritchard, W. R. Binns and W. Dickinson were elected life members of the society.
