FORMER STUDENTS OF COLLEGE Past and present students of ' the Christchurch Teachers’ College will hold a reunion on May 11 and 12. Introduced a few years ago. the fixture attracts mostly teachers who have not been away long from the college, out there are* always older ones visiting Christchurch for the holidays. The opening ceremony speakers on the first morning will include the president of the seventy-fifth jubilee committee (Professor George Jobberns), the principal (Mr Duncan Mackay), the president of the Students’ Association (Mr Alan Bond), and the organiser of the reunion (Mr Prior Were). Features of the entertainment will be “assembly music” (songs often sung by students of the college) and folk dancing.
