GERMAN DEBT AGREEMENT SIGNED IN LONDON.—Representatives of Britain, France, and the United States signed an agreement in London recently with delegates of the Federal German Republic on the republic’s pre-war and post-war debts. It was one of the most comprehensive settlements of modern times, and provided for 27 nations receiving £ 1,167,000,000 over a period of years.
