RIPA ISLAND
Sir,—As a recent visitor to Ripa Island, I would like through you to congratulate the caretakers on the cleanliness of the conveniences and the excellent facilities available. I heartly recommend this historic island to those who wish to spend a good day’s leisure. There is a clean, sheltered and safe beach for children; and if a regular launch service were available this would be an ideal picnic spot.—Yours, etc., PICNIC PARTY. January 21, 1953.
