YOUNG MAN FOUND SHOT
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, November 11.
A young man was found dead, with a bullet wound in his chest, in the bedroom of a house at Ponsonby shortly before 6 o’clock this evening.
He was Robert Edward Russell, aged 28. a carpenter. He had been boarding at the house, but did not go to work today. Another boarder found him lying on the floor when he returned home. A .22 calibre rifle was lying on the bed.
