Lost Property on Trams.— Articles left on Christchurch Transport Board’s vehicles were sold at the board’s annual auction yesterday. The articles sold included silver cigarette cases, fountain pens, propelling pencils, strings of pearls and beads, brooches, and women’s handbags. Shopping bags, filled with mystery parcels, were also sold at the auction.
