NYLON HOSIERY
Sir, —I am not at all pleased with my two first pairs of nylon stockings, despite all the propaganda of radio business advertisements. One cannot even handle a pair without one’s fingernail immediately catching in the finer threads; and that finishes it and one’s hard-earned money, too, I have also noted that the price tag of a pair of hose which was formerly affixed, is now in some cases removed and no price is stated, nor is the manufacturer’s name.—Yours, etc., INQUIRE HERE. October 8, 1952.
