Thunderjets Flying Pacific.—Thirtythree FB4 Thunderjets flew from California to Hawaii yesterday, ending the first leg of the second mass jet flight across the Pacific. The Thunderjets, which refuelled in flight, covered the 2400 miles from California to Hawaii in 5 hours 44 minutes. Forty-two other Thunderjets made the crossing on Sunday.—Honolulu, October 7.
