(Rec. 8.30 p.m.) PARIS. October 7. Sybil Johnson, the British nurse who was found dead in mysterious circumstances at Wimereux. near Boulogne, on August 22 (the body was at first believed to be that of a New Zealand girl, from Auckland), died from poisoning. Professor Griffon, the police pathologist, yesterday reported that he found poison in the organs taken from the girl’s body. It was at first thought that she died from drowning. The police said that the doctor’s rePort gave no indication whether the Poison was self-administered. An empty bottle was found near the body.
