EXAMINATIONS IN ORAL FRENCH

RESULTS ANNOUNCED BY CERCLE FRANCAIS

The silver cup awarded by the Ceycle Francais in Christchurch to the school gaining the highest number of points in oral French examinations conducted by the cercle has been won this year by the Christchurch Girls’ High School. Successful candidates in the Cercle’s examinations were as follows: Senior Division (under 18). —Mary Radcliffe (St. Margaret’s College) 1 and gold medal, Miriam Frank (Christchurch Girls’ High School) 2, Graham Halligan (St. Andrew’s College) 3.
