SPRINGS COUNTY ROADS
Sir,—“Simple Simon” wrote about the state of the Springs county roads. Bad as the roads are I think the Springston Domain fares worse than the roads under the control of the council. The grass last year was a real fire hazard, with thistles in plenty in some places. The main gate you cannot shut, the posts have rotted off. I wonder how much interest any of the councillors have in the upkeep of the domain? I think very little.— Yours, etc..
