KASHMIR AS WAR BASE
SOVIET ACCUSATION (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, May 10. The Moscow Radio to-day accused the'United Nations Security Council of inaction over the Kashmir problem.
It said that Britain and America sought to convert Kashmir into a base for an attack on Russia. The China Radio said the Kashmir problem was artificially fostered by the partition of India and had since been left to Dr, Frank Graham, “the so-called United Nations representative, who in reality is a representative of America.”
