SPEEDWAY RACING
NORTH ISLAND BEATS SOUTH (New Zealand Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, March 2. The North Island speedway, racing team beat the South Island team by 34 points to 14 at Palmerston North last night. The only South Islander who scored well was R. Moore.
Moore will leave at the end of the season to ride in Hollywood. America. Results:—
